GRoW is boosting grassroots projects in Wigan, by providing funding for communities. We are backing people who want to run projects – it can be anything from new gates and signs to craft sessions and Vinted classes. And the monies are split using the participatory budgeting process – the posh term for "everyone at the meeting decides".

There are 3 parts in the event: feedback, networking and new pitches.
