The Cherries Community Garden, is on Wigan Lane, next to the Cherry Gardens roundabout, and it’s run by the community for the community

We are all volunteers and run the garden under licence from Wigan Council.

We campaigned successfully in 2018 to stop the garden from being ripped up and becoming a supermarket.
