@Angela Fell thanks Angela for your questions. :) So I am really passionate about educating people on their wellbeing and mental health and tools that you can use to help you in the moment to self-regulate. The sessions I run today vary from 30 min talks to 90 min workshops that can vary from topic to topic dependent upon the audience I'm with. Location this can be done anywhere but generally what works best is a quiet space for people to listen and if comfortable, share their experiences in a safe space. I'm working on getting these workshops active in the local community where I can but any avenues I can try explore I am looking into. Any investment really is around set up. I would like to run retreat days and workshops so items like mats and blankets and material for people to use during the sessions (notebooks, pens etc). Equally it's around some of the advertising of my services and getting into the right places and spaces so I can get these workshops as far and wide as possible. I hope this helps! :)
